Congratulations to the UPS Integrad DSP class #8. This group, from the South Atlantic District is committed to joining the Circle of Honor Club. Great job to team “Happy Feet for taking both team competitions- Looking Good and the Team Competition. We are all proud of you.

Congratulations to our MP class # 5. Taking Safety to the next level. We had a great volunteer project day at the Gwinnett County Children’s Shelter. Paying it forward to the next generation.

Remember to keep yourself hydrated. Drink 16-32 ounces of cool water/hour. Avoid caffeine, carbonated and large amounts of sugar drinks. Eat a light cool lunch including fruits and vegetables. Remember to drink water before and after work. Don’t wait for the signs of dehydration.
