@NewtonAllan6 Apana, Uganda is a "de facto abolitionist” country....death penalty exists on paper, but is not currently carried out. He will remain on death row for sometime, then after they reduce it to life imprisonment.

Everything aside, i want to ask why he always raises his voice! He can still communicate to us without anger and being too loud!?! Is that what he teaches the boys in his mentorship program? To communicate this way?
