Players When you sign a scholarship, you're agreeing to do what you're asked to do, the way the coaches want it done. When you sign a pro contract, you're agreeing to do what you're asked to do, the way the coaches want it done. You will be required to conform. It's the way the real world works. Guess what, all of your coaches will doing the same thing. They (college) will conform to what the athletic director and president ask them to do. Your coaches in pro ball will conform to what the general manager, owner ask them to do. Climbing the ladder requires the ability to adjust, adapt and flourish.
