Please note both our surgery sites - Kimberlow Hill and Wenlock Terrace - will be closed on the afternoon of Thursday 11th of April from 13.00 to 18.00 for vital staff training. Patients requiring urgent care on that day can use the Out of Hours service on 0300 123 0762.

@CharlotteMore6 @Unityhealthyork I’ve spoken to them about this in the past in person in the surgery and over the phone. If if you’ve been into the surgery lately you’ll see that they’ve claimed to have fixed the phone line issue. I’m saying that this is not the case and they must know that so why not admit it?

I’ve tried to phone @Unityhealthyork EVERY DAY this week and been completely unable to get through but yeah sure, that was a temporary “technical issue” resolved ages ago nothing to do with being under-staffed, over-subscribed, or ditching emergency measures post-CQC report...
