On March 13, 2026, at 1100 a.m. Brian Hutchins Jr. walked out of the house after an argument. Brian is a high functioning autistic and can care for himself. Brian usually walks around the neighborhood, but he was unable to locate him at his usual spots.

The Virginia Beach City Council approved an imminent threat curfew for unaccompanied minors at the Oceanfront starting on Friday, March 13. The curfew will be enforced from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. every weekend until the end of April. For more information: bit.ly/4diI7ss
