Back on the bump for the first time in 2026! It was cold, it was just a scrimmage, but it was great to be back out there today for @DobbsSoftball! 🥎 🥎 🥎 4 IP, 1 R, 2 H, 6 K (W)

I had been out a while with a back injury, but I was back on the bump and in the cage. Worked on pitch sequencing and tunneling, and just hand-eye in the cage. It was great to be back!

Since I started playing softball, my dad @michaelgbaron has preached the importance of preparation. 99 percent of this is preparation and patience through the process.

Working here with my future high school teammate Charli Nunes at the @IonaSoftball pitching camp last month. A really cool experience, and I got to talk shop with a lot of talented D1 athletes! Thank you so much for having us! 🥎🥎🥎
