As part of the agreement, VGATE will disable Epic Cash withdrawals on March 9. Users are advised to withdraw their funds in time. For those who are unable to complete their withdrawals, please contact Epic Community Trust after the custody transfer is completed for further claims

🚀We are working closely with @EpicCashTech to finalize an asset custody transfer agreement. Once completed, all Epic Cash coins currently held in VGATE will be transferred to the Epic Community Trust. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us or the Epic Cash team!

VGATE has custody of the remaining Epic Cash coins from the now shuttered ViteX. In order to safeguard these Epic Cash coins and allow for an extended claims period, the following is proposed: Transfer the Epic Cash from VGATE to the Epic Community Trust as custodian. The trust’s purpose will be to safekeep the Epic Cash and allow for an indefinitely extended claims process. The trust structure requires two lawyers and an administrator. Provision has been made with VGATE to fund the setup of the trust.

@VGATE2 @ViteXExchange @EpicCashTech @ixian_io Hi, I just logged on in the mobile app in over a year and don't see any of my assets. And when I try to log on to the windows app I get the message "The full node is abnormal, please try again later." Can I get some support please?

4. If the assets are in the exchange account, you will need to transfer them to your wallet account first. 5. Use the cross-chain withdrawal function and follow the steps to withdraw your coins.

We have noticed that ViteX and Vite Wallet App are down. Here are the steps you need to follow to withdraw your assets from ViteX. 1. Install Vite Desktop Wallet (github.com/vitelabs/vite-…) and create an account from your Vite wallet's seed phrase.

Considering that @vitelabs is seeking to transfer its ETH and BSC gateway, we will no longer support the following ERC20/BEP20 assets hosted there: $TRB, $XRT, $FMA, $SRK, $STA, $DELTA, $DXCT. Please withdraw the above assets before December 5th.
