The narcissist will gaslight your emotions and tell you that you need to apologize when they are the ones purposely causing you to act that way.

The right man won’t say “you’re too emotional.” he’ll say, “talk to me, I’m here.” big difference.

A narcissist wants loyalty while consistently betraying yours.

Psychological abuse is just a different type of violence. Psychologically abusive people are violent people who simply think they can get away with it more effectively than physical violence.

A narcissist doesn't start with abuse. They start with being the best thing that ever happened to you. That's not love. That's the hunt.

Real intimacy is when she feels safe enough to say “that hurt me” without bracing for a fight.

Cheating isn’t always physical. Flirting behind your partner’s back, entertaining secret conversations, hiding meetups, deleting chats, and switching to DND so you won’t get caught all cross a line. The moment you feel the need to hide it, you already know it’s wrong.
