Counselling is easily one of best things I have ever done. Six months in and I finally feel like I am making progress. Small steps but feel like I’ve finally figuring my life out. Should of started sooner. Anyone thinking/struggling I’d 💯 recommend it 💪

I'm absolutely fuming, saw kids throw plastic drink bottle in river. First I kept walking, then turned back. Yea, I told them off. Having a hard time calming down, especially with all the trash along the river & canal, spoiling the wildlife & views. Extra long walk to calm down.
