On a serious note:
- Look into GLP drugs, reta if you want the hard stuff, tirz if you want the safe stuff
- Plastic/corrective surgery. Might get it myself if I get diagnosed with an apnea, since I have little weight to lose.
- Sleeping on the side or front. My sister said she had less events per hour in those positions
- Take H1 blockers (e.g. levocetrizine) if you have allergies
