It's been so long since I last gone out for myself. Shutting myself in, becoming emotionally dependent in the online space, I forgot how much the people around me truly mattered. I haven't been able to properly get out of bed for awhile now. Missed many meetings, lectures, trips. I promised my friend I'd go see her show. It was today. I felt terrible today, I could barely hold myself together even when doing the things I loved. But the thought of her excitedly watching over at the my seat, just to find it empty, hurt me much more than I thought it would. So tonight, I put in all the effort I could and went. After show, seeing her hop towards me like a puppy to hug me, made all that effort worth it. She thanked me for coming to her show. I quietly thanked her for giving me the motivation to live for myself, just for today. The others joined in later and as we walked along the city night, I realized that these are the people whom I want to spend my academic life with. They've been silently supporting me through thick and thin. I cannot let them down, I will not be left behind. I will get my life back together, not only for myself, but to also fulfill their wish of moving forward to the next year together.

I was already having the shittiest day, I open Patreon and I see that they deactivated my account without any prior notice that this would happen. @Patreon. I really would've appreciated something as simple as an email saying "Hey, your account is problematic. Change it or we'll deactivate your account" and giving me the chance to remove anything that doesn't align with your guidelines, instead of just straight up fucking me over, considering this is my only source of income right now. Y'all have done this to me before, I stopped using Patreon because of it. But I decided I'll give it a second chance and you still disappointed me with your customer service. I'm so tired.
