This has been covered before for other movies (esp. Trainspotting) but the new restoration is likely closer to the original color timing. Older Blu-Rays were often sourced from versions originally made for DVDs, where studios kinda neutralized colors, for whatever reason. [1/2]

Christopher Nolan n'a jamais été un grand créateur d'images. Son talent, c'est les scénarios compliqués : il a un vrai courage de défendre cette complexité narrative, dans le cadre d'un cinéma populaire. C'est une position très originale, une prise de risque, et moyennant des concessions (un cinéma spectaculaire, après Memento), il garde l'adhésion du public. Mais ses plans sont sans intérêt comme images pures, ils ne sont que des fonctions de scénario. Nolan n'est ni Terrence Malick, ni Kubrick, ni Lynch... Le paradoxe est que ce cinéaste qui ne construit pas de grandes images soit celui qui défende le plus aujourd'hui le grand écran et la salle de cinéma. Mais ce grand écran ne sert que son spectaculaire, pas une poésie ou une âme visuelle.

Remarkable that Christopher Nolan readily admits that he's not even composing the IMAX frame—or even blocking.He's the anti-Spielberg/anti-Kubrick in that sense—though people compare them all the time. No right way to direct films—but lack of interest in mise-en-scène is unusual.
