Summer Opprotunity from a WLS partner!

Every child deserves a safe, beautiful space to learn. How do you express gratitude for the labor force that is legitimately the lifeblood of this project? WLS Admin served lunch to workers in a gesture of gratitude for the skills they brought to our Whitmer Middle School.

PARENT SHOUT: " Mr Hodnicki, (Whitmer History) has made learning both fun and engaging while maintaining high expectations in the classroom. I appreciate that the lessons from his class become the topic of our after-school car rides. We are grateful for the positive impact!"

🚨 LEADERSHIP ALERT 🚨 Whitmer’s Link Crew is the group of outstanding, energetic students who greet our new freshmen each fall. After exams this week, 60+ upperclassmen stayed for their first Link Crew training event-The June Jamboree! We are the best highschool in the area!

Please note the amended start and end times for school next year. These have been adjusted to account for the new Middle School dropoff/pickup location.

These Panther Spanish Superstars demonstrated such a high proficiency in both Spanish and English, they received an official Seal of Biliteracy. Congratulations to Emma , Danny, Dulce and Nelly!

PARENT SHOUT: "Shout out to my son's 3rd grade teacher, Mrs. Louks at Monac! Mrs. Louks is an amazing teacher making her classroom fun. She started an after school craft hour for the kids and is a great asset to WLS. Thank you for supporting Leo at his baseball game!!"

👋 Today was about beginnings & endings at Meadowvale! The Eagles celebrated their youngest learners with an ABC Parade, and also honored 5th and 6th graders as they prepare for their next chapter at Whitmer Middle School. HUGE thanks to 5th/6th grade staff and families!

That moment when you’ve slept at your school overnight, working and preparing to supervise hundreds of kids all day in a giant mud pit - and it’s finally all over. Mr. Colon is DONE, y’all. 😂

If your child turns 5 on or before AUGUST 24TH, they can enroll in Kindergarten for next school year!

⛳MATH AND MATERIALS: MEADOWVALE MINI GOLF! Meadowvale's 5th graders designed an 18-hole mini-golf course for school! They used Geometry to ensure a hole-in-one was possible & cardboard to build & the entire school was able to play mini-golf, thanks to their hard work!
