I've reached out twice for a refund on my order that got put on backorder December 14 @Rhino_Records but have not even received a response let alone my refund. Very poor services!

@Rhino_Records have you encountered this issue before? Just bought the Rumors Atmos Bluray and there's no booklet and the disc seems to be blank, not only no printing on top but an unreadable disc on PS5 and a Sony BDP-S380 that I use for the handful of SACDs I own. Please advise...
