@addyosmani @timarney Pardon the parsing of words but the tag isn't doing anything. The tag + attributes are providing browser details so **the browser** can make decisions. To that point, sizes plays are more important role than scrset. Let's not marginalize the importance of sizes

@timarney <img> is the one driving image loading so <picture> and srcset take its preferences into account (e.g for lazy-loading)
