Child development students learned about and practiced their bilateral coordination, hand eye coordination, and pincer grasp today by making friendship bracelets! 🫶

Senior foods participated in a cooking competition called Cooks In Camo using MREs (meals ready to eat). They had to prepare an appetizer, an entree, and a dessert in 40 minutes. They were judged by some special guests!

Tiramisu to close our Italian Cuisine unit in International & Regional Foods 🇮🇹

International & Regional Foods students made arancini, an Italian antipasto or appetizer made from breaded balls of risotto and then fried, to kick off their Italian cuisine unit!

International & Regional Foods students visited College of DuPage and helped out in their student-run restaurant, Waterleaf, this week. The menu had a focused on Northeastern cuisine and our students helped prepare and serve lunch for 45 reservations!

Our Lil Warrior Preschoolers were the cutest pumpkins in the patch on Tuesday when they visited Johansen Farms 🎃🍂🍁
