Minutes Network is proud to announce that Jingle, our proprietary engagement and monetisation technology, is being integrated into Liberia Works, a national digital employment platform developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour, Republic of Liberia. The partnership has been officially announced and the platform is moving toward public launch.
The Partnership
Liberia Works is a strategic collaboration between Rise Liberia, Minutes Network FZ-LLC, and Kijani Group, S.L., developed with the backing of the Liberian Government. The platform is designed to digitally connect job seekers, employers, students, training institutions, and public agencies through a single nationally scaled system tailored to the Liberian market.
This is government-level adoption of Minutes Network technology, set to operate at national scale.

Jingle's Role
Jingle is being integrated directly into the platform architecture, providing the engagement and monetisation layer that supports sustainable platform operations over time.
This is exactly the kind of deployment Jingle was built for: large-scale, high-impact platforms where sustainable engagement and revenue generation are critical to long-term success.
What Liberia Works Does
The platform enables job matching, workforce data aggregation, skills and opportunity visibility, and employment-related services across the country. It is positioned to serve as Liberia's central digital tool for employment and workforce development, improving labour market transparency and expanding economic opportunity nationwide.
What This Means for Minutes Network
This partnership represents a major milestone for Jingle and for Minutes Network. Government-backed, set for national deployment, and operating within an established collaboration framework with a sovereign ministry. It validates Jingle as a technology that can operate at the highest levels of institutional deployment, not just in commercial or consumer settings.
It also demonstrates the versatility of the Jingle product. From call monetisation to being selected to power a national employment platform for an entire country, the technology adapts to wherever sustainable engagement and monetisation are needed.
We look forward to sharing further updates as the platform develops and moves toward launch.
Expanding capacity for English-speaking call centre traffic.
Multiple operational routes are live across the US, Canada, and the UK.
Resilience in place. Capacity expanding. New campaigns onboarding.
This is where wholesale voice is shifting:
→ From opportunistic routing
→ To performance-driven, intelligence-led traffic
Call centre traffic isn’t just volume.
It’s high-frequency, outcome-driven demand.
And it requires:
→ Deterministic routing
→ Real-time optimisation
→ Embedded fraud control
This is where Minutes Network excels.
As more routes come online, the compounding effect accelerates:
More capacity → more campaigns
More campaigns → more traffic
More traffic → more revenue
Next stop: South Africa and Australia.
Telecom was never built as one system.
Voice and SMS still sit in separate stacks - different teams, different contracts, different economics.
Most platforms “integrate” them.
Few actually unify them.
That’s the shift.
When voice + messaging runs on the same platform:
→ You stop thinking in channels
→ You start designing outcomes
Voice OTP is just the beginning.
Next: fully orchestrated voice + messaging flows.
And with the Minutes Network telecom exchange:
traffic becomes programmable, not just routable.
Topping the LCR table gets you the traffic.
What you do with it is how you unlock the value.
It’s turning every interaction into an outcome.
WMTX Revenue
February 2026
February came slightly below expectations, especially given the U.S. rollout, where I expected stronger revenue reflection.
•MoM: -8%
•USA (Feb): $67,376
That said, a few points matter:
• Revenue continues to show consistency
• Some X comparisons placed WMTX at ~62% RWA share MoM - context is key
• During the HTX Live Session, Micky Watkins mentioned ~31k U.S. customers on cell plans
At the lowest tier (~$15), that implies:
31k × $15 ≈ $455k/month (USA alone)
I expect this to start reflecting in March numbers, pointing toward a potential ~$2M/month trajectory.
REVENUE is KING
COMMUNITY is the CROWN

Telecom networks don’t fully control their revenue.
Most wholesale traffic is routed across multiple intermediaries before reaching its destination.
At every step:
→ Margin is diluted
→ Visibility is reduced
→ Control weakens
The issue isn’t demand.
Global voice traffic is still massive.
The issue is ownership of endpoints.
When you don’t control the destination, you don’t fully control the economics.
That’s why margins compress.
The next phase of telecom is defined by a simple shift:
From routing traffic
→ To controlling endpoints
Because the networks that control endpoints capture more of the value.
This shift is already underway.
At Minutes Network, endpoints are now integrated directly into the network - with live traffic, real call data, and measurable revenue.

This is absolutely insane.
I just bridged USDC directly from Kraken, and it showed up in my Cardano wallet as USDCx.
All bridge fees are free for ten days BTW. If you want your USDC on Cardano. Now is the time.
The latest release of the Unity Network application is now available across both platforms.

🚀 Scout & Runner Alpha is live.
Cohort 1 has received access, and testing is now underway.
From planning to action, Scout & Runner moves into its first live Alpha cycle.
The next phase begins.
A quick guide to the new CLI opt-in task
𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:
CLI tasks require an active Unity license
CLI is an opt-in task, and license operators must enable it
CLI calls are live
Calls are real and non-synthetic
CLI calls look like a regular incoming call
CLI works in every region
Tasks are carrier-agnostic
Any SIM or eSIM that can receive incoming calls is supported
Compatible with iOS, even if the “Unity connection” task shows offline
𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
When a CLI call is received, users get a notification
Notifications include a push notification and an in-app pop-up
𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀:
It’s OK if you miss the call
You can report a CLI call up to 24 hours after it’s received
𝗦𝗜𝗠 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 / 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲:
If your SIM or eSIM can receive incoming calls, it can accept CLI tests
You usually do NOT need an active balance on your SIM/eSIM to receive a CLI call, but this depends on your carrier, and some carriers may require it
𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀:
Unity Points are distributed immediately after a valid CLI task is completed
CLI – verifying telecom activity at scale.
Decentralization isn’t just part of the Minutes Network Token X vision. It is the backbone of everything we are building.
Through our DePIN Node Economy, we are laying the foundation for the next generation of telecom innovation and sharing-based business models emerging from Minutes Network, Jingle, and Unity.
The world is waking up to a truth we have believed since day one.
Centralized systems are failing, and the future belongs to networks built to stay online no matter what.
Recent global outages across major cloud providers only reinforce what we already know. Resilience, transparency, and distributed infrastructure are no longer optional. They are essential.
Our DePIN, Switch, and Validation Nodes deliver exactly that.
A decentralized communications layer engineered for stability, efficiency, and security, built for a world tired of legacy bottlenecks.
This is how we reshape telecom.
One region at a time, one node at a time.
A future-proof global network ready to thrive in the decentralized digital era and power the emerging distributed sharing economy.
Minutes Network Token X is not just participating in this shift.
We are building the infrastructure that leads it.
By the people. For the people.
Stay tuned. We are only getting started.
Commercial partners are already beginning to utilise the network, and utilisation is set to increase as the network expands in size, reliability, and commercial offerings.
