If Andy Burnham wins in Makerfield and then goes on to become Prime Minister it will just go to show how deeply asleep the UK actually is that they would even consider voting Labour let alone giving a candidate an overall majority. Terrifying.

Robert Jenrick's Grooming Gangs Bill has started its passage through Parliament. Whole life sentences for grooming gang perpetrators. The least we can do for the victims is ensure these evil men never see the light of day again. We can make this law. I need your help. Contact your MP and tell them they can’t sit this one out.

Oxfordshire County Council has become the first council to start a legal battle to ban residents from raising flags. The reason given is that it makes ethnic minorities feel "intimidated." The LibDems don’t speak for me. Keep Raising the Colours everywhere!

Just as the World Cup starts, Lib Dem-led Oxfordshire Council have applied for a High Court injunction to BAN people putting flags in the street. If they succeed anyone who puts up flags could face up to TWO YEARS in *prison* or an unlimited fine. These people are insane.
