Tale as old as time at this point. Game looks better in terms of raw visuals, yet loses every inch of direction. Everything is so perfectly clean and the moody weather is replaced by a default blue sky. I still don't get why that type of stuff is done.

2. the animation process has been standardized for outsourcing, and those involved in concept/storyboards are far less likely to have worked as animators before to know limits.
