The article itself is about the increasing importance of psychological safety and self-awareness for creative work. I think as more and more people get super-talented/skilled the emphasis will shift to emotional safety rather than just technical skills. I think there's a ton of hidden talent out there that never shines because they're never provided safe environments to grow in. It's not a new concept by any means, but I'm an advocate for it. @KevinZT Oh I see, I'm using Rapier for the physics.

@KevinZT Nope, I'm using a basic vector movement with"useKeyboardControls" from drei. I've tried "BVHEcctrl" but I struggled to get the movement I wanted because I found it hard to tweak, so I went with the simpler vector approach instead, just like a standard game setup.

@WoraWork A few weeks ago I thought I was clever when I turned this image into a fully functional website highlighting my investments. Clearly I wasn’t the only one that had a similar idea. It looks like the retro UI/emulator layout isn’t going anywhere!
