A couple of weeks after my mum’s funeral in November I decided to treat myself to an @EmmaSleepTech mattress. I found a great deal on @wowcher, delivery due 11th December. Since then I have had to push any kind of communication with them. I have been promised deliveries 1/4

@Wowcher_Support you need to redeem a voucher before you can book holiday? So how can you then cancel and ask for refund, when you state you do not refund redeemed vouchers?
@AskPayPal Hi absolutely appaling customer service from your team. @Wowcher_Support incorrectly taken payment twice last wk, you told me to get bank to cancel as pending I did. Wowcher admitted fault,refunded but today you've took it a second time despite having all this on file!

@Wowcher_Support It is clearly a bot on your chat. There is nobody I can speak to. If you advertise certain airports, then once redeemed you are told by travel company they chose the airport that is false advertising. To DM you means nothing
