@kc_dos_siete Rice and Goldschmidt had a similar OPS against lefties in the second half last year. He was more than fine against them with repitions

@YankeeLibrarian When you have someone who hits leftied like Goldschmidt, you’re not necesserily avoiding lefties. I think they’re being stratefic in which ones he does for now. But you can’t act like his OPS as is should be looked at to carry over to lefties right now

The Yankees need to stop sitting Ben Rice against lefties. He has been one of the best hitters in the sport, and should be treated as such. An integral part of the Yankees shouldn't be relegated to platoon status. My piece on Rice for SI! si.com/mlb/yankees/on…
