I help high-ticket ghostwriters and personal branding consultants stop trading time for money. Most of you are stuck in the same painful weekly loop: → Get a long CEO interview or brain dump → Spend 6+ hours manually turning it into LinkedIn posts, X threads, newsletters, and images. That “repurposing tax” kills your margins and leads to burnout. I fixed it. 👇

How’s your weekend going? If you’re a ghostwriter, what’s one thing you wish was automated in your workflow? Mine was repurposing — now handled by Ghost Agency OS. Full thread pinned in my profile.

Smart decision tree @shubh19 The tier that pays for itself is the right one. Same logic applies to content automation. I upgraded my own workflow when I realized manual repurposing was costing me more time than the tool investment. Built Ghost Agency OS so ghostwriters can turn 1 raw brain dump into 5 formats in under 90s. Time saved >> subscription cost. Great framework.

when to upgrade your AI coding tier - the actual decision tree: still on free tier? → are you hitting the limit daily? upgrade. → not hitting it? stay. on $20/month? → is it paying for itself in time saved? stay. → spending more time managing it than using it? wrong tool, not wrong tier. considering $200/month? → are you billing clients with it? probably yes. → solo side projects only? probably no. → running 6+ hour agentic sessions daily? yes. the tier that's right is the one that makes you more than it costs. everything else is subscription creep

This is spot on @siddharthwv The missing piece for many creators and ghostwriters is Authority content. I built Ghost Agency OS to help with that — turns 1 raw brain dump into 5 high-value formats (LinkedIn post, X thread, newsletter, etc.) in under 2 minutes. Helps build authority faster without burning out. Great framework.

Here's how I built a personal brand and quit my 9-5 in 1.5 years: 1. Growth content: Attract new eyes 2. Authority content: Get inbounds 3. Personality content: Build trust That's it.

This is the truth @KarakostasK Most ghostwriters chase vanity metrics (likes, followers, impressions). The ones who actually scale focus on pipeline — high-paying clients. Ghost Agency OS helps exactly with that: turns 1 raw brain dump into 5 professional assets in under 2 minutes. Better delivery = easier to close and retain €700+/month clients. Pipeline over impressions. Always.

One client paying €700/month beats 1,000 followers who feel good about your posts. That's the whole framework. Build for pipeline, not the impression graph.

This is spot on @GodfreyJumma Viral productivity tips get likes. Niche-specific, high-value content gets clients. As a ghostwriter, I stopped posting generic advice and started sharing real systems — like Ghost Agency OS, which turns 1 raw brain dump into 5 publish-ready formats in under 2 minutes. Prospects see the infrastructure and think “this person gets it.” Great breakdown. Appreciate the insight.

Your viral ghostwriting content won't get you clients. Most ghostwriters chase viral posts. They want likes and shares. Their inbox stays empty. Why? Viral content teaches prospects nothing about your abilities. A ghostwriter posting productivity tips tells me nothing about their niche writing skills. You want clients to think "This person understands my business." Write about the industry you serve. 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗦 𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁: How to turn feature releases into customer stories. Why SaaS companies struggle with churn content. Common mistakes in trial-to-paid emails. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁: Compliance writing that doesn't bore readers. How to explain complex products simply. What makes investor updates compelling. This approach wins because: You demonstrate industry expertise before the sales call. Prospects see you solving their exact problems. You build a content library to reference during outreach. When your content answers their unspoken questions, they think "This person gets my world." That beats viral content every time. What specific problems do your ideal clients mention most often?

Great list @shubh19 No. 3 (no content repurposing system) is the silent killer for most ghostwriters. I built Ghost Agency OS to fix exactly that — 1 raw brain dump → 5 formats (LinkedIn, X thread, newsletter, etc.) in under 2 minutes. Completely changed how I scale. What’s the mistake that held you back the longest?

7 mistakes content creators make: 1. Posting without a hook 2. Educating but never entertaining 3. No content repurposing system 4. Chasing followers, ignoring retention 5. Copying formats instead of building voice 6. No CTA or a weak one 7. Giving up at 500 followers which mistake kept you stuck the longest?

This is a powerful reminder @dickiebush The standard is whatever you tolerate. In my ghostwriting business, the biggest standard I set was building proper systems instead of accepting manual work as normal. Ghost Agency OS was that system — 1 raw brain dump → 5 publish-ready formats in under 2 minutes. It raised the bar for delivery speed and consistency without adding headcount. Appreciate the insight. Always valuable.

I have a clear goal for my portfolio of digital writing businesses to hit $10,000,000 in annual revenue this year. But as an organization, we need to become the versions of ourselves capable of achieving this. And the last 3 months have been a brutal reminder: The standard on your team is whatever you allow to slide without consequence. A closer skips their pipeline review three days in a row and nobody says anything? That is now the standard. A department head sends a sloppy EOD report and it gets accepted without comment? New standard. A setter misses their daily activity number and the week just moves on? Same thing. Most people say a standard one time and expect it to be upheld. And it is, for the first few days. Then, it slowly drifts. 50 small reinforcing events in a row, each of which too small to notice in the moment. And 6 months later, you check in and realize performance is not even close to what you expected. So remember: At any given time, you are either reinforcing a standard, or letting it slowly erode. There is no in between.

Well said @RachaelBassey9 Ghostwriting is translation — taking the CEO’s gold and making it accessible. The hardest part is keeping the voice consistent across platforms. Ghost Agency OS solves that by extracting and formatting everything automatically from 1 raw brain dump. Really powerful for premium ghostwriters. Appreciate the clarification.

Ghostwriting is not lying. It is not fraud or pretending. It is not putting words in someone's mouth that do not belong there. It is how the vast majority of published books get written. It is how most CEO keynote speeches get made. It is how the LinkedIn posts from the executives and researchers you admire most actually end up on the page. The person whose name is on it lived the experience, holds the expertise, and approves every single word before it goes anywhere. The ghostwriter is the translator. They take what is real and make it legible to the people who need to hear it. If you have questions about what this actually looks like in practice, reply and I will walk you through it.
Rachael Bassey@RachaelBassey9

The LinkedIn algorithm is not broken. You are just feeding it the wrong thing. And the fix is simpler than anything you will read in a LinkedIn growth carousel. A thread for professionals who are putting in effort and seeing nothing back.

Great share @avijeet_writes As a ghostwriter, those solo moments are where the best ideas come from. I built Ghost Agency OS so we can capture those raw brain dumps and turn them into 5 professional formats in minutes instead of hours. Helps a lot with consistency. What’s one habit that improved your writing game the most?

Love the consistency @thejustinwelsh One of the best lessons I learned building my ghostwriting business was the power of systems over hustle. Ghost Agency OS is that system for me — turns 1 raw brain dump into 5 publish-ready formats in under 2 minutes. Helps ghostwriters and solopreneurs scale without burnout. Your Saturday essays are always a highlight. Keep them coming.

Love this @ItsKieranDrew The best writers aren’t the ones who write the most. They’re the ones who have systems to produce high-quality content consistently without burning out. Ghost Agency OS is exactly that system for ghostwriters — 1 raw brain dump → 5 publish-ready formats in under 2 minutes. Helps you scale your writing business without the manual grind. The MOAT approach looks solid. Appreciate you sharing it.

I attracted over 250,000 readers and built a multi-six-figure business through writing online. I built a simple 4 step system showing how I did it (and how you can do). You can grab it here for free: go.kierandrew.com/moat-xps/

Client wins this week: • One made $43,000 with a workshop (second time we ran it in 2 months) • Another won a writing competition (she’s only been writing online for 3 months) • Another built her first low ticket digital product (after working with her first round of clients) I used to tell myself that working 1-1 with people was a waste of time. But I absolutely love it. And I’m honoured to play a small part in their journey. My advice: Get VERY clear on the type of people you want to work with. Say no to anyone who doesn’t fit the bill. Then give them your all. No better feeling than helping people win.

Exactly @MakadiaHarsh The flashiest automations break first. The ones that actually last are the boring ones with solid error handling, clear documentation, and low cost per execution. That’s exactly how I built Ghost Agency OS — reliable Zapier + Notion + Claude infrastructure that handles messy real-world brain dumps without failing. Boring wins every single time.

One simple mindset shift that 3x’d my ghostwriting output: Stop thinking like a writer. Start thinking like a system builder. Instead of writing every post manually, I now extract once and let Ghost Agency OS turn 1 raw brain dump into LinkedIn posts, X threads, newsletters, and image prompts automatically. The result? More clients, less work, higher margins. What’s one system you’ve built that changed how you work?

High-ticket ghostwriters, listen up: You’re leaving thousands of dollars on the table every month because of one thing — the endless repurposing tax. I built Ghost Agency OS to destroy it. 1 raw brain dump → 5 publish-ready formats in under 2 minutes. No more burnout. No more junior writers. Full system + demo pinned on my profile 👇

This is exactly right @Nicolascole77 The biggest daily action that helped me (and many ghostwriters I know) was building proper infrastructure. Instead of chasing clients manually, I built Ghost Agency OS — 1 raw brain dump → 5 publish-ready formats in under 2 minutes. That single system let me stop trading time and start scaling. The blueprint sounds valuable. What’s one daily action you recommend most?
