You ever play support builds because "oh the straightforward dps build is too boring and everyone is playing it, I contribute more to the team rdps this way"
and then end of match you're still top dps because everyone else brought some fuckass build or plays their dps role badly
Financial institutions in 2026 be like:
Hey our bank cant handle your proprietary shares from the gvmt, but we'll happily take "management fees" every month. To transfer your shares please create 5 new accounts with other institutions that all need 2FA and 5 days processing time
Division 2's Countdown isn't exactly a raid, but it's the exact sort of murderhobo loot pinata pug friendly fest that would fit right in with the current Warframe playerbase who just want to mindlessly blast things?
OSRS' ToA raid which is soloable? Another frame of reference?
"Raids are aids" said the Warframe dev whose main benchmark of a raid is WoW Mythic grindfesting
like yeah maybe go play other MMO raids...? FFXIV? GW2? ESO? OSRS? Division 2? Destiny 2 Last Wish? There's plenty out there to take reference from besides a loot tier grind model??
@PabloMakes So yeah TL;DR Raids don't work in 2026 WF, but that's because 2026 WF was developed away from all the gameplay loops and structures that make raids viable/fun as part of the endgame. Don't blame "the raid format", blame the monster of a game you've made which can't accommodate it
@PabloMakes But that's precisely the type of "difficulty" that Warframe has to resort to because the player power is so far gone out the window, that it's impossible to make anything "hard" without disabling Warframes... in a game named Warframe.
Got asked on devshort why I don't think raids work on WF, so sharing my thoughts.
tl;dr I don't believe you can have good raids without challenge. And you can't have challenge without balance changes.
