A standard I started attempts at achieving since 2011, with failing innumerable low 2:31 paces and seeing just what kind of laps were starting to be possible. There's been some multi-year breaks in between, on and off... but 12 years later, we did it. So relieved, and so happy.

I know my recent pb of 2:33.103 was a little over a month ago now, but I have been having countless 2:32 fails with these being the most notable runs since then. Best splits (50.868-50.893-50.898) give 2:32.659 I won't be stepping down until I get a 2:32

A monstrous timesave. Got a perfect chain on the bridge lap 2 and made a couple minor mistakes throughout the run itself.
