Some people mad about this, like Ilya isn't a villain. He has these moments where he assumes the worst when Shane continues with their plan to stay in the closet despite never telling Shane this plan isn't working. That's also why he's mad at Shane's reaction to the commissioner.

@nirvanicqueens I love his portrayal of Ilya but I watched the criminal minds episode and like I don't see it 😭. I'm not interested in him or his acting outside of HR. I find Hudson Williams a more interesting person to listen to and his humor is extremely honest and weird.
