@Zenrotwo @aelarynn I'm not just spamming heals. Healing is the main job, yes. But the healer should also be dispelling, shielding, debuffing, and dealing damage when everyone is above 80%. DPS should be wary of where they are as to not make the Tank's job harder.

@aelarynn FF14 tanks are unfortunately extremely fragile. They have intense main character syndrome; tanks set the pace! Everyone does what I say or you DIE to aggro! Who cares if this is a 4 player cooperative instance we do ONLY what I want because my role icon is blue! Etc

@Nephaliim @aelarynn This is a pretty crazy way to view a cooperative activity. Everyone's job is to complete the dungeon. If you do nothing but spam heals you're just as worthless as a DPS that struggles to kill or a tank that single pulls packs. It's a team effort.

@aelarynn As a healer main myself, my JOB is to keep everyone alive. That's it. If the tank wants to take it slow? Let them. If you're having problems killing everything? That is the DPS's fault. Healers heal. Tanks tank/pull. DPS need to be killing.
