Horror is my favorite genre and I promise you I still jumpscare and get super queasy when there’s “gore” Also a lot of horror (depending on which it is) has extremely intense underlining meanings and depth and media literacy is super important for that!

I had a therapist like this!!! She was the best thing that ever happened to my mental health. She was so understanding and also knew I could handle having a certain push. Her realness made me see my realness as a human and how flawed I am.

This right here. I always, ALWAYS call in crashes if I witness them. It’s so important for both parties to have an accurate record of what happened and in this case it potentially saved a minor for being pinned for the entire crash.

Today, I saw a car crash that was pretty bad and pulled over to make sure everyone was okay. There were three cars involved and I was the only person who stopped. Lucky I did because the cops came and tried to suggest the 17-year-old driver was driving recklessly.
