For one, I never mentioned his gimmick being foreign. My point even from my original post is that WWE don't know how to book after big moments and use Gunther as an example. Booking and storytelling has always been the core of pro wrestling period. You can have someone be uber present and still be interesting but they don't know how to book like they did back in the day. I mean I don't mind the open challenge vs them not using him at all because the way they built him so far. I mean people forget he already wrestled Cody and told a story of stalemate when he was NXT champion. Point being he is a good in ring competitor. I gave you examples of when dominate gimmicks was book well while being uber present.

So the massive win over Brock was for nothing??? We back to focusing on Oba beating jobbers now? That match should’ve never happened this early if this is what’s going to happen

Idk why some of y'all acting like Oba wasn't Uber present in NXT and the crowd still loved him. Y'all done got used to Brock which was even rare in his case. All "dominate" gimmicks has been Uber present a some point rather it was Batista, Braun, Undertaker and Goldberg. Now I will give you it's not many high profile people as before but it goes back to my original post that they don't know how to book.
