The senseless killing in #JosNigeria is highly condemnable. Nigerians deserve to be secured in any part of the country. The perpetrators must be brought to justice. Enough of rethorics. May the Lord comfort the family of the deceased.

Ebola and COVID-19 as deadly as they were, did not kill Nigerians the way APC and their backed terrorist organizations have killed.

Nigeria needs a Commander-In-Chief with empathy. One that will feel the pain of any Nigerian killed and ensure that lives and properties are protected. Jos is bleeding once again! This is heinous

40 Nigerians confirmed dead in Jos and not a word from this government. Then there are those close to you who will come to you tomorrow with rice and corn, singing, dancing. Asking you to vote for them & you will collect. I weep for you.

Arewa influencers are part of whatever challenges facing the North, honestly speaking. Most be focusing on the most irrelevant things and busy playing political defense instead of steadily calling out the leaders who represent the regions or constituencies where these never-ending crisis take place. With all that influence, they do little to nothing.

Jos attack is another evidence of failed leadership.. Leadership that prioritizes politics over protection of lives.. Choosing rather to waste our collective patrimony in pre-election jamboree and pre-coronation plans.. Posterity will judge a leadership that now emboldens, enables and replicates what it once vehemently condemned.. I believe in the power of prayers but prayers won’t replace responsibility.. We need humane leaders.. These current folks have zero affiliation with empathy… We are tired..it’s depressingly exhausting. We stand with the families who lost loved ones and pray for fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.. And for those who will engage this tweet to support failed leadership for the crumbs they offer you,pls show your irritation via good grammar.. So even if I am irritated by your intentional delusion,I would be encouraged by your mastery of words.. AJS.

Last year, the Tinubu government spent only N36 million on capital health infrastructure for 200 million Nigerians. Yet, between 2024 and 2025, N34 billion was spent on presidential travel. If this is success, what does failure look like?

The nigeria Police Force does receive government funding every year, which is supposed to cover salaries, equipment, uniforms, and operations. However, in practice, there have long been complaints about gaps between what’s budgeted and what actually reaches officers on the ground
Daniel Regha@DanielRegha

I just learnt that Nigerian police officers pay for their own uniforms themselves; The NPF has budgets, but officers often use their money to purchase uniforms and their own kits. Can you imagine. What a country.

BREAKING: President Tinubu Donates All His Salaries Since Assuming Office to New Armed Forces Welfare Fund on His 74th Birthday On the occasion of his 74th birthday, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has announced the creation of a dedicated welfare fund to support Nigeria’s Armed Forces, honouring their service, sacrifices, and the families they leave behind. In a personal statement, the President and Commander-in-Chief declared: “On this my 74th birthday, I celebrate the valiant men and women of our Armed Forces.” He directed the Accountant-General of the Federation to immediately establish a special account for the fund, which will cater to: - Serving personnel - Those wounded in the line of duty - Families of fallen heroes (widows, widowers, and children) As a personal commitment, President Tinubu revealed that all his salaries since assuming office will be paid into this account as seed funding. This is in addition to existing insurance and welfare schemes. The fund will provide direct support to personnel who have lost limbs and to the dependents of those who paid the ultimate price in service to the nation. The President called for broad national support: “I call on our Governors, members of the National Assembly, the private sector, my friends and all well-wishers to support this initiative. Details of the account will be made available in due course.” He emphasised the moral obligation behind the move: “We must never forget those who stand in harm’s way for our peace, nor the sacrifices borne by their families. This is not charity. It is duty. And we will fulfil it.” Further details on the special account and how to contribute are expected to be released soon by the relevant authorities.
