Fact-Check📢 ‼️ Claim: #ElvishYadav allegedly clicked photos inside the Kashi Vishwanath temple complex in Varanasi, an act that is strictly prohibited. ‼️ Source: The complaint was filed by Varanasi sessions court advocate Prateek Kumar Singh, alleging bias by authorities and blaming Elvish for clicking these photos questioning why someone with a criminal record like Elvish Yadav was allowed this privilege. Facts: ✅ The use of mobile phones and cameras is forbidden within the temple premises. ✅ Elvish did not take or post any pictures on social media himself. The photos were arranged under the supervision of authorities and CCTV cameras. ✅ The media is inaccurately portraying this as another case against Elvish Yadav, which is untrue. ✅The Kashi Vishwanath temple in Varanasi provides a smooth darshan (viewing of the deity) for everyone, which can be booked online through their website, but photography approval cannot be booked online. Conclusion: The authorities managing the temple, Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust, can be questioned, but not Elvish Yadav in this case, as the entire area is strictly monitored through CCTV, and mobile phones are strictly prohibited for devotees. The media is fabricating the news extensively and not presenting the reality. Aside from this case: The practice of VIP treatment, often done for personal gain and rapport building, should be scrutinized and not allowed in temples to ensure equality among all devotees.
