Anybody that has money to build a structure higher than 3 storeys should have money to install an elevator or at least make space for it. It’s called planning for the future. You cannot want to have a society that’s developed and frown at laws meant to drive everyone towards there. Gov. Otti and his admin has been PWD-friendly in everything they’ve been doing as a government so they cannot be there and watch people get discriminated against because of their disability.
