@paulg How many people make it through <anything> for 100 days? Use the same curve. Change the labels.

@catballar It's not a break. It's just another job on your resume...
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, Ballard Enterprises 01/24 -12/24. Reported directly to CEO to develop mission, objectives, strategies, tactics, requirements, and functional specifications to lay foundation for major pivot. etc.

I do not draw. 100% of my comics are SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) generated by code. As part of my November "Build in Public" challenge with @MeetKevon, I will show you how I do this. For today, here's a little teaser.

@MehranDamestani @MeetKevon All 5 sound great. I don't know how to answer your question because they're all a little "fuzzy". Can you provide examples of actual success stories of each?

@_eddiots Hey Ed nice seeing you in the timeline.

@buttonpressor7 Thanks for the kind words, Button! Not sure how cool I ever was, but I keep on ticking at 68. Hope to have more to share in the near future.

One of my worst habits, that I am trying to work on as of late, I am absolutely horrible at reaching out for a casual conversation with people I know because I always think "maybe I am bothering them. Maybe they have things they are doing." etc etc.
If I have something important to talk about, no issues. It has purpose.
But just casually talking or interrupting someone's day always makes me feel bad.
Had a friend point this out recently and they were 1000% correct. If I am already in the conversation, then I'm good, I can keep it going without trying as long as the vibe matches and if I don't feel like I am bringing someone away from tasks. But once I think I am a distraction, I shut down.
🤷 Work in progress.

@JesseVids As a mathematician, I calculate their absolute value.
All negative people, be gone. See how easy.
English

@michaldubs You're not wasting your time.
The best way to learn is to teach.
What did you learn by trying to teach them?
(Sorry, "Don't waste your time" is not an acceptable answer.)
English

@PriteshKiri Neither.
Building software. Focus on your result and trust that your inner programmer will make you learn what you need to do.
English

@danielcranney A programmer.
Anything else is too "managerese" for me.
English

@geefealba I tell them I was in prison for strangling the last interviewer who asked about my prior 5-year gap.
