One of my worst habits, that I am trying to work on as of late, I am absolutely horrible at reaching out for a casual conversation with people I know because I always think "maybe I am bothering them. Maybe they have things they are doing." etc etc. If I have something important to talk about, no issues. It has purpose. But just casually talking or interrupting someone's day always makes me feel bad. Had a friend point this out recently and they were 1000% correct. If I am already in the conversation, then I'm good, I can keep it going without trying as long as the vibe matches and if I don't feel like I am bringing someone away from tasks. But once I think I am a distraction, I shut down. 🤷 Work in progress.

@michaldubs You're not wasting your time. The best way to learn is to teach. What did you learn by trying to teach them? (Sorry, "Don't waste your time" is not an acceptable answer.)

One of my pet peeves is when someone asks for advice, you pour your heart and soul into it and the advice is not taken. Why waste my time yo?

@PriteshKiri Neither. Building software. Focus on your result and trust that your inner programmer will make you learn what you need to do.
