"How might we...?" is how #ux designers turn a problem into a design opportunity.
instead of "users keep dropping off at checkout" it becomes "how might we make checkout feel less stressful?"

just realized that #UIUX design is really important.
i have been able to code so much faster cause i knew how i wanted the UI to look like and the flow to be like.
