Dear Lord, Today, I pray for the ability to prioritize myself. I always go all out for everything and everyone except for myself. Please help me to use some of the blessings You give me for my own well-being because I cannot pour from an empty cup. Dear Lord, Today, as I step into this new day, I throw everything - fear, anxiety, frustration, debt, and the pressure to succeed - into your hands. I let go of all thoughts and concerns because when I release them, I am able to receive. I yield my anger, I surrender my struggles. Um still fighting depression can’t even talk to my mama that’s why I don’t pick up when she callin for me ❤️‍🩹.

I gave my problems to God & now I’m handling my emotions in the gym 🧠🎧.

My mama literally said “son I can’t wait until you blow up cause I know you will , God has blessed you with a gift” ❤️‍🩹

I talked to my mama for the first time this year and I broke down cause lord knows I needed to hear her voice ❤️‍🩹.
