@tapairportugal cancelled my flight without telling me, had me submit my receipts for expenses and now won’t respond to my emails or reimburse me. Amazing customer service.

@tapairportugal cancelled my flight without letting me know and now I can’t even find out how to file for reimbursement for my hotel 🥲😭 and there’s no way to email them. What kind of airline is this????

I was meant to meet Dr. Glanfield @FGlanfield a few weeks ago but unfortunately got Covid (😡😡😡) so getting to hear her speak today was such a privilege.

Her message about the future was quite simple- we must have hope for the future. #NIHM2022 #IndigenousHistoryMonth #UAlberta

The present reminds us of the gift of life today. She shared the lessons she learnt from her late father, that nobody knows how long we’ll be here. It’s important to go back to your ancestors and thank them for what we have today.

I was able to attend todays launch for the #ualberta Indigenous Strategic Plan and it was an incredible and moving event #NIHM2022 #IndigenousHistoryMonth

In addressing this history, this plan takes steps towards a thoughtful, respectful, meaningful, and sustainable response to the Calls to Action issued by the TRC and Indigenous Initiatives more broadly.

There is an urgent need to address the structural causes of the long-standing and pronounced inequalities faced by Indigenous peoples today. We recognize that the U of A has been part of historic systems that have created barriers to Indigenous sovereignty and wellness.
