మరో రెండు రోజుల్లో.... #32YearsforHelloBrother #34Yearsfor420 💫💫నాగబాబు గారి సీన్ ని ఫ్రీ మేక్ చేసిన ‘‘ట్రెండ్ సెట్టర్ ’’ కింగ్ నాగార్జున గారు😎 🌠🌠1992 లో టాలీవుడ్ టవర్ స్టార్ నాగేంద్రబాబు గారు నటించిన 420 అనే మూవీ విడుదలలై మంచి కామెడి చిత్రంగా పేరు తెచ్చుకొంది👏. ఈ మూవీలో కోట మరియు మల్లిఖార్జున రావు గారి కామెడి ట్రాక్ చాలా హైలెట్🔥. 🌠🌠ఈ కామెడి ట్రాక్ ని, 420 మూవీలో చాలా సీన్స్ ని ‘‘హాలో బ్రదర్’’ మూవీలో కాపీ చేసి, కట్ అండ్ పేస్ట్ చేసి వాడేసిన కింగ్ నాగార్జన గారు😄. 🌠🌠 వేరే హీరో అయితే ఇది పెద్ద విషయం కాదు గానీ ఎల్లప్పుడూ కొత్త దనం కోసం పరితపించే ‘‘ట్రెండ్ సెట్టర్ ’’ నాగ్ సార్ ఇలా వేరే మూవీ సీన్స్ కాపీ చేసారు అంటే అసలు నమ్మబుద్ది కావట్లేదు 🤔🤔 🌠🌠 ఇందులో కొస మెరుపు ఎంటంటే 420 మూవీలో ఒక సీన్ లో ‘‘నువ్వు దొంగవే’’ అనే డైలాగ్ ఒక జూనీయర్ అర్టిస్ట్ చేత చెప్పించారు. ఈ సీన్ చేసినందుకు మహా అయితే అయనికి ఒక పూట భోజనం పెట్టి రూ.100 ఇచ్చి ఉంటారు. ఇదే సీన్ నాగర్జున గారి చేత EVV గారు చేయించడం మరీ విచిత్రం😎😎

Saw the model flat of My Home Nishada while checking out Grava. The second model flat looks more modern and better than the first. Overall, the flat is good. That said, the 11 ft ceiling felt slightly lower compared to Grava and a few others. The lack of central AC was a letdown. Even in the model flat, slimmer AC units could have made the space feel more open. Central AC would have added better volume. Unless someone is in a hurry to move into Neopolis, I’d recommend Grava. It has higher ceilings and central AC. While the per sq. ft. price is slightly lower, the overall cost may be higher due to larger unit sizes.
