random saturday thought been doing hiring calls lately. in this process, i've spoken to 10+ ai hiring agencies. was thinking of the candidate/recruiter side experience in the age of ai connectors. it'll soon get annoying repeating the same conversations, sharing my experience, passions, role preferences with 10 different ai agents. can a candidate not build their personal agent once, share all the context required, and then represent them with other recruiting ai agents like backdoor, soca, edison, etc. and get back with updates, ask more questions, give a sense check. similar thought can be applied to dating, fundraising, sales.

Well I was thinking usually when I move from one LLM to another, things are different you again need to write down how you want things right? But wouldn’t it be better if your thinking style and process is well documented with tour learnings as well, helps the AI to directly go through you.

@primal_brainer Don’t care about people’s projection of you, you’re the one living your life.

Stop being scared of being disliked by losers. Half the people judging you do not even have the courage to live honestly themselves. They built their entire identity around being acceptable, predictable, approved by everyone around them., then project that frustration onto anyone bold enough to exist authentically. People who are truly authentic rarely spend their time mocking others for expressing themselves.

all jokes aside, i think one of the best things that can happen to you as a young person is figuring out what you truly want to do with your life early on and being in an environment that doesn't hinder it from happening

@KAHALA123Y Man don’t give up. Take a day at a time, pick one thing you need to improve and do it consistently and then do this across your things to change. It is HARD, but worth it.

Every man hits that stage where nothing feels exciting anymore and quitting looks like the only option. If you ever hit this stage, please give one piece of advice for your fellow man going through this.
