👩🏻👨🏻‍🦼 UCLG-MEWA Committee on Social Inclusion Presidency & Committee Meeting 🎙️ Session II Chaired by Dr. Evren Dinçer, Mayor of Aksaray, Committee Co-President and UCLG-MEWA Treasurer | Committee’s Vision and Mission Junaid Rafiq, UCLG-MEWA Communications Coordinator- Committee on Social Inclusion Framework and Key Activities 2022–2025 Yehia Ibrahim, UCLG-MEWA General Coordinator- Committee Draft Working Plan for 2025–2028 and Cooperation Opportunities Beyza Çetin, UCLG-MEWA Project Officer- Draft Strategic Priorities of UCLG-MEWA Committee on Social Inclusion Rumeysa Yılmaz, UCLG-MEWA Project Assistant- Committee Communication Strategy Adrià Duarte, Head of OIDP and Coordinator of UCLG CSIPDHR- Social Inclusion within Global Agendas: UCLG’s Approach and Activities The second session focused on the vision of the newly structured Committee, providing a comprehensive overview of its institutional framework and future direction. Within this scope, the Framework and Key Activities 2022–2025 were presented, highlighting the main actions carried out during the previous term and the milestones achieved in advancing social inclusion across the MEWA Region. Participants were also informed about the Working Plan for 2025–2028 and Cooperation Opportunities, outlining the Committee’s upcoming priorities, planned activities, and potential partnerships with local governments and relevant stakeholders. In addition, the session addressed the Committee’s Strategic Priorities, emphasizing inclusive governance, equal access to services, and strengthening the role of local authorities in promoting social cohesion. Finally, the Committee Communication Strategy was introduced, focusing on enhancing visibility, improving coordination among members, and ensuring effective dissemination of best practices and regional experiences. 👩🏻👨🏻‍🦼 اجتماع الهيئة الرئاسية للجنة الإدماج الاجتماعي التابعة لمنظمة UCLG-MEWA 🎙️ الجلسة الثانية – الرؤية والرسالة ركّزت الجلسة الثانية على رؤية اللجنة بهيكلها الجديد، حيث تم تقديم عرض شامل للإطار المؤسسي للجنة وتوجهاتها المستقبلية. التي أديرت من قبل ايفرين دينتشر، رئيس بلدية أكساراي والرئيس المشارك للجنة وأمين الصندوق في منظمة UCLG-MEWA. قدّم جنيد رفيق، منسق قسم الاتصالات في منظمة UCLG-MEWA، عرضا حول إطار عمل اللجنة وأنشطتها الرئيسية للفترة 2022–2025، مستعرضا أبرز المبادرات التي تم تنفيذها خلال الفترة السابقة، والإنجازات التي تحققت في مجال تعزيز الإدماج الاجتماعي على مستوى منطقة الشرق الأوسط وغرب آسيا. كما استعرض يحيى إبراهيم، المنسق العام في منظمة UCLG-MEWA، مسودة خطة العمل للفترة 2025–2028 وفرص التعاون، مسلطًا الضوء على الأولويات القادمة، والأنشطة المخطط لها، إضافة إلى فرص الشراكة مع الإدارات المحلية وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين. من جانبها، قدّمت بيزا تشيتين، مسؤولة المشاريع، عرضا حول المسودة الأولية للأولويات الاستراتيجية للجنة الإدماج الاجتماعي، مع التركيز على الحوكمة الشاملة، وضمان تكافؤ الوصول إلى الخدمات، وتعزيز دور الإدارات المحلية في دعم التماسك الاجتماعي. وتناولت رميساء يلماز، مساعدة المشاريع، استراتيجية التواصل الخاصة باللجنة، مؤكدة على أهمية تعزيز الظهور المؤسسي، وتحسين التنسيق بين الأعضاء، وضمان نشر أفضل الممارسات والتجارب الإقليمية بشكل فعّال. كما قدّم أدريا دوارتي، رئيس المرصد الدولي للديمقراطية التشاركية (OIDP) ومنسق لجنة UCLG للسياسات الاجتماعية والإدماج وحقوق الإنسان، مداخلة بعنوان "الإدماج الاجتماعي ضمن الأجندات العالمية: نهج وأنشطة UCLG"، استعرض خلالها موقع الإدماج الاجتماعي في إطار الأجندات الدولية، ودور الإدارات المحلية في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز حقوق الإنسان على المستوى المحلي. 👩🏻👨🏻‍🦼 UCLG-MEWA Sosyal İçerme Komitesi Başkanlık Divanı ve Komite Toplantısı 🎙️ II. Bu kapsamda, 2022-2025 Çerçevesi ve Temel Faaliyetleri sunulurken önceki dönemde gerçekleştirilen ana aktiviteler ile MEWA Bölgesi genelinde sosyal içermenin geliştirilmesinde elde edilen kilometre taşları vurgulandı. Katılımcılara ayrıca, Komitenin önümüzdeki önceliklerini, planlanan faaliyetlerini ve yerel yönetimler ve ilgili paydaşlarla potansiyel ortaklıklarını özetleyen 2025-2028 Çalışma Planı ve İşbirliği Fırsatları hakkında bilgi verildi. Ek olarak, oturumda Komitenin Stratejik Öncelikleri ele alındı ​​ve kapsayıcı yönetişim, hizmetlere eşit erişim ve yerel yönetimlerin sosyal uyumu teşvik etmedeki rolünün güçlendirilmesi vurgulandı.
