@richarddeitsch Out of curiosity, was it anonymized in any way? I would hope there would be no retribution, but in the real world it doesn’t always play out that way.

One thing I've been meaning to pass along: During my time at The Athletic, the company had a Slack channel where workers could post in a non-judgemental, open-ended forum any kind of mental health thoughts. As the son of a therapist, I always thought that was forward-thinking as hell. I don't know if other workplaces have something similar but I learned from Mom at a very young age that one of the most important things in a mental health journey was knowing that you were not alone with whatever you were feeling (depression, anxiety etc..). That's why I am always thankful when athletes go public with this stuff (DeMar DeRozan, Lauren Betts, Kevin Love etc..). You literally save lives by telling these stories.
