10वीं में छोड़ी पढ़ाई 8000 की नौकरी से बने 23,000 करोड़ के मालिक... 10वीं कक्षा में पढ़ाई छोड़ना, कम उम्र में 8000 रुपये की नौकरी करना और फिर दुनिया को बदल देने वाला बिजनेस खड़ा कर देना-यह कहानी है Nikhil Kamath की, जो आज युवाओं के लिए प्रेरणा बन चुके हैं। कर्नाटक के एक मध्यमवर्गीय परिवार से आने वाले निखिल कामच को पारंपरिक पढ़ाई में कभी खास रुचि नहीं रही। उन्होंने बहुत कम उम्र में ही रिस्क लेना शुरू किया और अपने पैशन को करियर में बदलने का फैसला किया। 14 साल की उम्र में उन्होंने छोटे स्तर पर मोबाइल फोन खरीदने बेचने का काम शुरू किया, जिसने उनके अंदर बिजनेस की समझ को और मजबूत किया। इसके बाद उन्होंने बेंगलुरु के एक कॉल सेंटर में नौकरी की, जहां उनकी शुरुआती सैलरी लगभग 8000 रुपये महीने थी। लेकिन यहां भी उन्होंने खुद को सीमित नहीं रखा। नौकरी के साथ-साथ वे स्टॉक मार्केट और ट्रेडिंग सीखते रहे और धीरे-धीरे बड़ा सोचने लगे। साल 2010 में उन्होंने अपने भाई के साथ मिलकर Zerodha की शुरुआत की, जिसने भारत में डिस्काउंट ब्रोकरेज मॉडल लाकर निवेश को आम लोगों के लिए आसान बना दिया। आज उनकी कंपनी देश की सबसे बड़ी ब्रोकरेज कंपनियों में शामिल है। आज निखिल कामथ की नेटवर्थ हजारों करोड़ रुपये में है, लेकिन उनकी कहानी सिर्फ पैसे की नहीं, बल्कि रिस्क लेने, सीखने और खुद पर भरोसा रखने की है। उन्होंने साबित किया है कि सफलता डिग्री से नहीं, सोच और मेहनत से मिलती है।
