You improve pupil outcomes by improving the quality of teaching. You improve teaching by improving the effectiveness of leadership. All are improved by focusing on how staff think and interact together. So..what will you keep doing, start doing and stop doing to improve each?

How do I block inappropriate tweets on Twitter . I haven’t experienced this before but it started about 3 months ago.

Does your HT have their own executive coach? Do you both have regular 1-to-1 coaching sessions? Not with a SIP, but with a coach who has no agenda.
