The CRA is ruthless. They seem to make up their own rules as they go. My husband was audited and every time he speaks to a different CRA agent, he gets a different answer. He paid over $100,000 in taxes last year alone, yet after an audit of his 2023/24 taxes they tried to claw back another $30,000. He provided everything the CRA said was required, and they still denied his claim. So when I get angry about government waste, it’s because I’ve seen firsthand how hard working Canadians are treated. My husband works more than 300 days a year. For what? The middle class is being squeezed from every direction while governments continue spending like there’s no tomorrow.

As a terminally ill cancer patient I have no doubt Ralph hopes the stress and anxiety of a court case would be detrimental to my health and that he can attempt to use the court system to enact some sort of petty revenge. While I don't have great personal knowledge of lawsuits and the costs associated with them (other than what everyone would know which is that they can be pricey) I'll just stream a bit more and if need be do a fundraiser. And unlike the weekly fundraisers Ralph engages in to buy tortas, pay rent, get plane tickets, and pay off arrears in child support my fundraising would be sensical and practical. For the time being I'll simply have to await whatever ESL scribbled papers his Mexican lawyer/plumber/dog walker whip up and send via his pig pen. In the meantime I'll probably do a stream this upcoming Friday to go over the history of ralphs provable and documented threats against me personally from stalking me, stalking my wife, encouraging trespassing, violence, as well as platforming people connected to my swatting.
