I’m really sorry you’re going through this… what you’re describing sounds exhausting. There’s a passage in Matthew 12 (also in Luke 11) where Jesus talks about a spirit leaving a person, then coming back with seven more because the “house” was left empty. The point wasn’t to scare people it was to show that deliverance isn’t just about pushing darkness out… it’s about filling your life with something stronger. If all you’re doing is fighting, rebuking, and trying to force it out, but inside you’re still exhausted, overwhelmed, and empty… it can feel like the battle keeps coming back stronger. Jesus’ focus was different. Not just “get the enemy out” but “be filled” with truth, peace, support, and His presence. Also… what you’re describing with anxiety and depression matters. That’s not something you’re meant to carry alone, and it’s not a failure of your faith to get help with it. You’re not a burden for speaking up. You’re someone going through something heavy. Have you been able to talk to someone in real life about this too?

I desperately need prayers. I need deliverance. I've been tormented for months. There is an open door to the enemy, I just don't know what it is. I'm beyond exhausted, been repenting for months, breaking curses. The closer I surrender to Jesus the worse the attacks. The enemy is trying to wear me down so I give up. I bind it and command it to go in Jesus's name, it gets stronger and brings more demons. The depression and the anxiety has been at the all time high in my life.. it's never been this bad. My mental health is destroying me. It's destroying my life The more I push the more I fail I post things on here trying to vent and seek help and I have so many people unfollow me as If I am a burden.

I’ve had enough. I’m officially announcing that starting today 3/26/26 i will be locking in. I weigh 200 pounds and am a fat sack of shit. By July 1st i will get down to 175 pounds, and have visible muscle definition. If i fail i will give 5 people who like this tweet $1,000.

One thing that could really help is reading Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. I highly recommend it. It is not about religion, but it teaches how to face death, accept what you cannot control, and live with calm and purpose. If you have not opened the door to God yet, it is a strong place to start. That fear you are describing is more common than people admit. When you believe this life is all there is, the idea of it ending can feel overwhelming. Your mind is trying to understand something it cannot fully grasp, and that creates real anxiety. Some practical ways people cope are staying focused on the present, building meaning through relationships and purpose, and accepting that uncertainty is part of being human. You do not have to solve eternity to live well today. Talking about it like you just did is already a healthy step. From a Christian view, that fear points to something deeper. Ecclesiastes 3:11 says “He has set eternity in the human heart.” The idea is that the longing for more than this life is not random, it is part of how we are made.
