This is a concern. Design is supposed to solve problems many people just sit down and want to design an estate without thinking of the problems most estate designs face and tackle about 60% of it first !

Why are you guys repeating the mistake Nigeria made with Lagos and Abuja? Why are you going horizontal instead of vertical? How would you be able to cope with the population explosion in your capital city in the years to come?
