Earthen architecture and raw biophilic design are completely redefining high-end spaces. These curves are unreal.
The fluid lines, raw timber ceilings, and monolithic earthen plaster in these spaces create a masterclass in organic minimalism.

@Arcfunmi The sad reality is, even if you give AI the whole correct prompt they'll still do something that's not in that prompt and spoil the whole great work they've managed to produce

Is the flower pot at the top an AI invention or was it part of the model or prompt?
When I say it is day and night, I mean production level difference. When you zoom in, some of the elements lose their realism so easily.

I understand your perspective sir but AI is not the future but our present reality. The difference is not like day and night if you understand prompting and a unique workflow. I rendered the below with AI and upscale with another AI. Texture might be sloppy but it will be better.

@PrimeDesigns21 Buildings like this are usually not built in crowded neighborhoods. It's more of an estate type project. Hence the allowance for a lot of openness. This is better for homes than the luxurious prisons that's more rampart in Lagos now.

My POV, I love this design! But it's too porous. One of the KEY things in designing a residential building is privacy for me! You can think otherwise. Once privacy is bridged, I'll assume you're designing for the public

Let's be honest with ourselves.... The difference between actual rendering with architectural visualization (Archviz) software and AI rendering in terms of quality is like day and night. I don't think I can use AI rendering as a final project rendering for my current projects for now. They look horrible when you zoom in.
