What if it actually makes communication worse? 🤦🏻‍♀️ Not just for me but those around me. I just want to chill out and not worry about so many insignificant things. 😟 How do I make an effort without trying too hard or put pressure on situations that don't need to be stressful?🤯

you’re doing a really good job. the fact that you’ve grown past needing constant reassurance and can sit with these quieter feelings shows how far you’ve come. it’s okay to feel a little empty sometimes; I mean we all do. not even sometimes, maybe most of the days. and also you’re not mediocre at all. you’re a great human being 🫂

I used to be really insecure and people would affirm me a lot that I was doing a good job and now I can’t remember the last time I was told I did a good job. Now I mostly feel mediocre and empty instead of insecure
