I’m extremely displeased and face a lot of anxiety and stress in the past month due to a very unprofessional service from @tcookin and the individuals per my previous tweet.

Including threats that if the payment is not made in full within 2 hours then our package would be cancelled. They do not care about anything but the money being received in full and it very much feels like efforts to meet month end targets.

We had agreed upon a package at which point they had not mentioned any payment schedule. They have not shown any level of understanding to the customer in any interactions. We have received in excess of 20-30 calls in the last week of the month.
