As far as I’m concerned, @fordnation not handing over his cell phone records is breaking the law and he should be arrested immediately. Changing important laws like the freedom of information act should be illegal and henceforth not possible. Governments have to be transparent and accountable at all times. Without checks and balances governments can do whatever they damn well please without fear of legal repercussions. Making any changes retroactive shouldn’t even be allowed to begin with.
