Not a bad hair care. Not a phase. This is Alopecia. 💇 Alopecia is an autoimmune condition where the body attacks its own hair follicles. Hair falls out. Sometimes slowly. Sometimes all at once. Some people lose patches. Some lose everything. Some lose it and grow it back… then lose it again. The main types of Alopecia: 👉 Alopecia Areata: patchy hair loss on the scalp or body 👉 Alopecia Totalis: complete loss of hair on the scalp 👉 Alopecia Universalis: loss of all body hair 👉 Traction Alopecia: hair loss from constant pulling or tight styles 👉 Androgenetic Alopecia: hormonal or genetic thinning (yes, women get this too) ✅ Stress can trigger flare-ups, but it doesn’t cause alopecia. ✅ You can’t catch it, It’s not contagious. ✅ Baldness is not confidence, Baldness is just baldness. Confidence comes later (if at all). So the next time you see a woman without hair, don’t ask what happened, ask yourself why it made you uncomfortable.
